The Executive Director Strategy, Transformation, Research, Infrastructure and Digital + excellence is a critical influence within the organisation, leading the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) corporate strategy and major capital planning, together with a comprehensive transformation program that will shape GCHHS strategic direction with a focus on service innovation, digital and information and process improvement to position the health service to meet current, emerging and future challenges and ensure service and financial sustainability.
This is a role for a strong and collaborative leader with demonstrated Executive level success in the leadership of performance strategy and innovation in a large, complex organisation.
