About the Role

• Plan and develop corporate governance processes and structures for Addiction and Mental Health Services more broadly in consultation with the Executive Director and senior leadership group to achieve the objectives of the Service, ensuring risks are identified and managed appropriately.
• Develop, maintain, and report on the strategic and annual operational plans for Addiction and Mental Health Services in consultation with the Executive Director and the senior leadership group in line with Metro South Health's Planning Framework.
• Provide effective professional support of the Office of the Executive Director administration team when required with all relevant policies and legislative obligations, including financial management practices and human resource policies.
• Coordinate and prepare concept briefs or submissions for external funding opportunities for improvements to healthcare services.
