About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff, including Reception and switchboard services for Caboolture Satellite Hospital and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
• Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation.
• Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
• Consult with patients to obtain correct details for completion of registration and record information accurately into the hospital information system.
