About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide contractual and commercial support to the Contract Administrator STARS for the successful delivery of the PPP (Private-Public Partnership) contract. Assist the Facility Services Director, STARS to efficiently and effectively coordinate the facility support services functions, including hard and soft facilities management as defined by the PPP contract.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Assist with monitoring the performance and compliance of FM Contractor to the PPP agreement in accordance with the Contract Management plan, Risk Management plan, Asset Management plans and organisational policies and procedures.
• Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively, utilising effective and ethical decision making skills to meet deadlines, establish work priorities, harness opportunities, and establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Actively contribute towards STARS initiatives and projects as required by the STARS Senior Leadership team.
