- Provide organisational leadership, advocacy, oversight and compliance with the family violence strategy across Mercy Hospitals Victoria Limited (MHVL), in accordance with state-wide funding and governance requirements.
- Co-facilitate with the Program Lead significant stakeholder engagement and partnership management internally and externally to elevate the profile and recognition necessary to ensure best practice, optimal response and appropriate policy and governance frameworks are in place.
- Continuing to embed the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM) across Mercy Hospitals and Early Parenting Centres
- Partnering with WMH and MHW antenatal clinics to support the ongoing implementation of routine family violence screening
- Developing, delivering and evaluating tailored face to face training sessions for clinical groups
- Developing and launching online modules for Elder Abuse and Child Safety
- Establishing a policy, procedure and education model for clinicians working with People who Use family violence
- With the Project Lead Implementing the SAFE Project audit in collaboration with Safer Families and the University of Melbourne

- To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Social work qualification (desirable)
- Eligible for membership to AASW (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of sensitive and complex issues affecting victim survivors of family violence and the drivers of gender-based violence.
- Project management skills
- Part-time candidates will also be considered
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
