The Role: As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, providing strategic insights and driving financial performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports on the periodic performance of different business segments.
• Lead financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team on cost management, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation.
• Identify information system requirements and collaborate with service providers to ensure robust controls and seamless functionality.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, ensuring effective capital management and financing arrangements.
• Support operational teams by providing financial insights to optimise resource allocation and improve profitability.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, taxation laws, and industry-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Finance Manager or similar role in a dynamic corporate or banking environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships across teams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
