  • Unlock significant development and career progression opportunities protecting the integrity of a tri-code Principal Racing Authority.
  • Enjoy a warm and inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and welcomes contributions from every corner of the business.

What you’ll do, day to day
  • Undertake all operational tasks associated within transactional finance team.
  • Support RQ stakeholders and its associated entities.
  • Complete all duties associated with the processing and distribution of prize money for all three codes of racing in accordance with RQ’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Complete all duties associated with banking.
  • Conduct a full review of aged receivables and payables, which can include but not be limited to: forfeits and nominations exclusion processes and weekly debt collection.
  • Complete general ledger reconciliations.
  • Review and amending process documentation as required.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your resilience and ability to rise to the challenge will play a key role in shaping the future of our industry. With your results-driven attitude, grit, resilience and “get it done attitude”, you will build trusted partnerships with all stakeholder groups.
