Role requirements include, however are not exclusive, subject to business growth and evolution:
- Achieve sales performance excellence (this is a hands on customer sales and service role)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Perform day to day reconciliations and daily cash balances
- Proactively communicate with customers on promotions and any other important updates
- Lead on customer service excellence, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maximise customer outcomes
- Follow standard operating procedures for all outgoing and incoming vehicles
Prior experience in the car industry and general knowledge of the software platform Rental Car Manager is highly regarded, however all sales driven applicants are encouraged to apply. Pay: $52,500.00 – $57,500.00 per year
