As a Carpenter at Rojas Renovations you will play a crucial role in bringing our renovation projects to life. You will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and finishing work for bathrooms and kitchens. (please make amendments to suit the business nature.) Responsibilities – Please make amendments based on your work. •Construct and install frameworks, partitions, and other wooden structures, including plywood and wallboard, according to specifications and building codes. •Update and restore existing structures to meet safety standards and client specifications. •Precisely interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, materials needed, and installation procedures. •Assemble and secure frameworks and roof trusses using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. •Install fixtures such as windows, doors, staircases, moldings, and cabinets with accurate alignment and secure attachment. •Repair and maintain wooden structures and fixtures, addressing issues like damaged flooring, wallboard, and other carpentry-related problems. •Measure, cut, shape, and join materials with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to produce the necessary components for construction projects. •Follow safety regulations and quality standards for all tasks, keeping the work environment clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workflow. Requirements: •At lest one-two years of full-time experience in a related field •Qualifications preferred in relevant field. •Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. •Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. •Strong attention to detail and precision in work. •Knowledge of safety standards and building codes. Salary: -The role offers a remuneration package $70,000K- $80,000k per year plus superannuation -for a Minimum 38-hour per week. If you are interested in this role please apply now!
