Prodigy Football is seeking a full time coach to join our team within Sydney.
Selected candidates will be joining a team of passionate and highly experienced specialists that are the leaders in both elite private coaching and grassroots partnership programs within the Northern Beaches and North Shore regions.
The role requires previous playing experience at a professional or elite level that will allow them to deliver the following outcomes and objectives:
Elite Technical Training

• Provide high level technical training both in a 1:1 and small group capacity to elite level players on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships with both players and parents.
• Capable of demonstrating and executing technical breakdowns of exercises to a professional level.
• Ability to mentor, relate and guide elite level players in their pursuit of reaching their footballing goals.

Grassroots Partnership Program

• Assist in delivering community programs and team based sessions with partner clubs.
• Construct and implement training plans and session modules.

Experience & Qualifications

• Elite level playing experience is essential.
• Previous coaching experience is essential.
• Coaching qualifications/badges are preferred or willingness to obtain.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
