Forty One Dining at Club Cronulla is hiring an experienced Head Chef.
Work closely with the owner to maximise proficiency from kitchen.
Your role will be to ensure all kitchen operations are adhered to, staff motivation, seasonal menu change, weekly chef's specials & ordering.
Ensure consistent quality, portion control and wastage.
Maintain cleanliness, and fill in temp log book.
Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach.
Ability to thrive under pressure, multi task during busy service.
We need the applicant to be passionate about cooking & be creative.
Train the fellow chefs according to the business expectations.
Applicant should have a experience in similar role or at least 3 years as a sous chef.
Owner will go through the kitchen & train if required.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $98,000.00 per year
