Head Chef

With food sales of 30k per week, and a stable team of 6, this is a great opportunity for a Head Chef who enjoys being hands on with the team, serving bistro-style menu for locals and visitors alike.

- Expertise: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Organization: Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
- Develop and design menus that excite and delight our guests.
- Proficiency in menu costing and ability to control and minimize wastage.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Strong understanding of rostering and costing.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with management on promotional and seasonal offerings.
- A commitment to achieving outstanding sales result.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting.
- We offer a competitive annual salary (+super) with an annual bonus of up to $20k, paid quarterly.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
