Head of Implementation Projects ANZ

Responsibilities will include:
- Line management of the teams responsible for implementation and project management.
- Partnering with regional management to deliver a seamless and collaborative experience for clients, both local and global in nature
- P&L responsibility for this business unit
- Establishing a dynamic framework in which your team members will operate, leading to world class solutions for clients
- Experience in a similar Project Management and Implementation leadership for a Fin Tech vendor focused on buy or sell side clients or someone who has led major projects and is now ready to lead a group to deliver success.

Business and systems knowledge in the Buy Side or Sell Side Fintech domain would be beneficial, with systems providers like:

- This professional must be accustomed to running teams responsible for delivering complex implementation projects to multiple high priority clients who are demanding and have high expectation levels
- A strong client-centric focus and interfacing ability is key in this position, with excellent client management skills
- The capability to put in place proven processes to escalate client priorities accordingly, and so your team has an established and established way of working which leads to client success
