In this job you will:
As an Administration Officer at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to support a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.- Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes
- Site Pallet control
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events
- Organise management meetings, agenda, minutes and action items and follow ups
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- 2IC or pallet control experience
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good data entry skills
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude
