As ICT Purchasing Officer you will: - Undertake ICT procurement related activities, ensuring that orders, invoices and goods receipts are processed in a timely manner, and in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.

- Deliver high-quality purchasing related services to clients and external stakeholders.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver high quality customer focused services.- Provide information management support, including maintaining records and registers.- Contribute to the administration and review of financial systems and procurement processes.- Assist to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and standards (including the Financial Management Practice Manual), Australian Accounting Standards, and relevant legislation.- Foster and role-model a work environment that values teamwork, customer service, performance, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the business unit.- Demonstrate commitment to contemporary standards of ethical practice, workplace safety, equity, and diversity.
