Position: Immigration Team Leader / Immigration Coordinator / Migration Team Leader

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Migration Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a migration team. The role is both challenging and rewarding since you will manage demanding workloads and competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service and professional integrity.
DUTIES OF POSITION:
Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager:

• Managing a team of migration agents and the processing team.
• Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating the progress of their applications.
• Conduct business development meetings with a consultative approach to complete the sale and lock in the client.
• Manage and drive the team to achieve company targets.
• Complete case management with regular updates to clients
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Skill Assessing Authorities, and all other relevant authorities to monitor progress and seek further information regarding the case.
• Propose, seek approval, and implement strategies favoring overall company growth.
• Business acumen with an operational mindset would be the backbone of the role.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager is required on a day-to-day basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
