We need a specialist to coordinate with our overseas doctor’s VISA & registration process.
You do not ideally need to apply or do the documentation but to guide them to do it.
Only two VISA categories, only doctors and registration process with 2 different colleges only.
Job tasks:
· Manage migration enquiries accurately and efficiently via email or over the phone with candidates, employers and our company.
· Conduct case interviews to collect critical information for visa applications, and prepare client Statement of Claims;
· Analyse client information and related documents to determine eligibility for Australian visas and citizenship;
· Prepare visa applications and supporting documents and manage files accordingly and compliantly;
· Conduct legal research with reference to the Migration Act, legislative provisions, regulations, policy and case law, and relevant country information to support client’s application;
· Monitor pending applications, and liaise with Do HA and clients to provide updates, monitor requests;
· Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development.
· Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Ensuring up-to-date and accurate reports are maintained.
· Follow-up with the candidates and the employers ideally weekly and help them to fast track the process
· Maintain a database of all candidates and centres with their documents, status and updates.
Ideal Skills:
· Experience in work visa application process (experience in medical field will be an added advantage)
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Problem solving abilities
· Knowledge of current visa regulations and requirements
· Be a quick learner to study the VISA & registration process
That will be a 4-7 months process for candidates & approximately 2-10 candidates a month.
This is a casual, remote & a part time job where you may take up as an additional job for side income.
We will pay either per candidate or fixed cost.
