As an Injury Management Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating early intervention and return-to-work strategies, ensuring our employees receive the support they need during their recovery. About the role:
In this role, you will facilitate early intervention and return-to-work strategies, ensuring our valued employees receive comprehensive support during their recovery journey. Your expertise will play a crucial part in promoting a safe and healthy workplace culture, fostering an environment where our staff can thrive.
To excel in this position, we are seeking candidates who possess a deep understanding of early intervention return-to-work services and can demonstrate a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy workplace culture.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health, psychology, behavioural science, allied health and/ or significant levels of discipline knowledge of workers compensation legislation and demonstrated experience in the application of Injury Management Rehabilitation Services.
- Achievement of Return-to-Work Coordinator certification training via approved provider within South Australia.

Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation Case Management in medium/high risk claims.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge and experience of injury risk assessment and triage and commitment to early intervention practice.
