We seek full-time qualified and experienced Japanese Chef/Sushi maker in our Kitchen management team and take our business to the next level in kitchen operation, menu offering and style of service.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in modern Japanese cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to do any Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operation of the kitchen
- Reporting to head chef/management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Japanese cuisine/ roll maker: 1 year (Preferred)
• sushi train: 1 year (Preferred)

• Australia (Required)
