Leader, Devops & Environments

About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Leader, Dev Ops and Environment to enhance and manage our Non-Production Environments, Release Management and Dev Ops capability. Reporting to the Senior Leader, Test & Release Management, you will mature the frameworks and strategies for each of these capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery, maintenance, and support of platforms leveraging, Infrastructure as Code, Static Code Analysis, Continuous Integration and Deployment and Configuration Management
Lead the Dev Ops Community of Practice facilitating engagement with stakeholders
Have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and promote best practices
Develop capability to support the building, integration, and deployment of software releases
Maintain standards and practices for Branch Management, Product Versioning, Source Control Management and Release systems
Provide the tools and processes to successful manage and deploy releases into production
Lead the effort of defining the strategic direction for release management tools within the SDLC
Coordinate Non-Production Environment demand management

About you
You will be responsible for effective and efficient management of test environments, release lifecycle through to production and the technical support via Dev Ops tools and capabilities.
You will be accountable to provide the capability for Delivery Teams to provide value, ensuring that each team is enabled to integrate, test and deploy increments of value within their continuous delivery pipeline.
Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge and experience in Source Control Systems and CI|CD tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Enterprise
Experience with Dev Ops related tooling such as Terraform and Ansible
Understanding and implementation of monitoring and logging tooling such as New Relic and PRTG
Experience developing and maintaining development and testing environment strategies that ensure high availability and scalability that can support Test Automation and NFR Testing
