The Healthy Communities Branch of Council are currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Manager Community Care.

About the Opportunity

• Identify, develop and manage a range of projects and initiatives to deliver service improvements across Council, in order to achieve organisation goals relevant to outcomes in the Council Plan.
• Implement a service review framework and service review programme across the organisation.
• Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic plans directly relevant to this role
Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of related cross-functional strategic plans

What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in strategically leading and managing an operational division.
• Highly developed leadership skills including the ability to live the principles of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability and desire to contribute to an effective Strategic Leadership Team, and to also create high performing teams that align with the customer-centric organisational direction and produce desired results.
Demonstrated strategic planning abilities including conceptual and analytical skills.

Salary and Conditions
