Role Details

To provide strategic advice and manage professional support and services to Cabinet and Executive Council using detailed knowledge of government processes and significant independent judgement. As policy owner for the governance of government boards and committees, manage the provision of advice to ministerial offices and agencies on its application. To deliver outcomes for the Premier and/or Cabinet, or fulfil the business objectives of DPC, by providing specialist advice and project support to the Director, Cabinet Office.

Special Conditions

• The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
• The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
• Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
• Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
• This role requires a National Criminal History check.
• The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Management Program.

• May be required to participate in the State Crisis Centre during exercises and incidents.
