We are currently looking for an experienced or graduate Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Truganina, in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
About the role:
This is your chance to join a close-knit team of professionals who support our sales team by creating and coordinating value add marketing material. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Executive and the National Sales and Marketing Manager in the development, co-ordination and implementation of DLF Seeds marketing material, provide support to the National sales team and, play a lead role in social media and events management.
As a creative marketing role, this position provides an exciting opportunity for a hands on, all-rounder who is interested in both the coordination and the creation of traditional and digital marketing material.
- Assist the Marketing Executive and the DLF Seeds Sales and Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of annual tactical marketing plans, digital activities (including websites, social media, video shoots, email direct marketing and more).
- Take a lead role in the development and coordination of DLF Seeds internal/external corporate events and field days.
- Work with Marketing Executive and Sales Team to develop and manage engaging organic content for social media and other digital activities.
- Work with the Marketing Executive to create and coordinate high end marketing material both in house and via collaboration with an external agency.
- Populate the DLF Seeds website with various content and campaign updates.
- Ideally at least 12 months previous experience in a similar role and a relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships.
- Attention to detail and strong proof-reading capabilities
- Previous experience in a deadline driven environment
- Experience with web content and social media development
- Campaign monitor experience
- An interest in or knowledge of the Australian Farming industry, plants and animals
- Video editing experience and/or experience with Adobe suite will be looked on favourably
