Milk Tanker Driver

We are currently seeking a dedicated Milk Tanker Driver to join our team in Penola, South Australia.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Competence with heavy vehicles with an emphasis on safety
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Safely, effectively and accurately perform all tasks to the clients and Midfield scope of work and defined quality standards.
- Work is planned, executed and delivered to schedule in a safe manner.
- Timely and courteous response to internal and external client calls for assistance.
- Time sheets are entered accurately and on time
- Identify value-adding opportunities for continuous improvement to Midfield
- Ensure QA systems & procedures are adhered to, and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Attend and contribute effectively to relevant meetings
- Carry out other duties/projects within skill base and experience both in the workshops and site based in accordance with the needs of the employer.
- Always maintain a professional image to Midfield standards.
- Act in accordance with Midfield Values, Policies and Procedures within the guidelines of the Midfield Group Code of Conduct
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
- MC Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in workshop and site-based maintenance
- Excellent Vic Roads 5-year driver history (an extract of your license history to be presented at interview)
- Tanker experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
