The Operations Project Director advises, coordinates, and delivers key strategies supporting the operational business of the Child and Family Health service and the Early Years.
The focus to increase service provision across Ca FHS and requires strong governance and clinical engagement to ensure that future service design meets the needs of children and families across the state. The Operational Project Director (Community) plays an integral role in future planning and in collaborating with external agencies to expand the reach of Ca FHS services across the state.
Employees classified in this role be involved in various health care assignments/projects. This may include development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational directions which support contemporary clinical practice and to manage or oversee an organisational portfolio or long term and/or significant project.

About you:
It is essential that applicants for this role are Registered as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate; with at least 5 years post registration experience.
you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in Child and Family Health Services
• Demonstrated experience as a senior leader or manager in the health care industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading multiple complex projects.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to foster productive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities with the demonstrated characteristics of being a responsive decision maker, negotiator and resolver of conflict to a high level.
• Capacity to drive and implement change and significantly contribute to change processes applying strategic thinking ability.
