About Us:
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team at Sunshine Coast Airport, managing one of our high-traffic retail or dining outlets. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. As an outlet manager, you will play a key role in driving success, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product availability.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
Work closely with airport management to align with overall airport services and initiatives
Schedule staff shifts and manage rosters to meet operational demands.
Lead by example to ensure a positive, team-focused work culture.

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management (airport experience a bonus).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in stock control and inventory management systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
