A busy retail pharmacy chain in Perth requires the services of a Customer service, payroll & roster officer to join the team.

This role offers a variety of responsibilities. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Taking enquiries from our store staff
• Managing fortnight roster, time biometric or web-based clock-on system, leave requests, terminations and new employee processing.
• Processing of payroll
• Reconciliation of payroll related General Ledger accounts
• Provide assistance to all staff with any payroll and superannuation queries, and handle all queries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform audits and reconciliations of salaries/wages, leave history etc.
• Answering incoming calls
• Respond to enquiries via email and phone
• Data entry and database management
• Processing invoices and receipting
• General office duties
• Debtors - chasing payments and processing credit applications.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous Retail pharmacy or customer service experience
• Previous experience working in a small team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Good phone manner and ability to correspond effectively via email
• Experience with MYOB is required.
• Will have good organisational skills, be efficient with acute attention to detail.
• Previous Administration experience
• Punctual and reliable.

Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
