As we prepare to open the doors to the newly renovated Everton Park Hotel, we are looking for Pizza Chefs to join our team on a full time, part time and casual basis.

Pizziolo Chef (Sous Chef equivalent) - Full time, salaried position
Pizza Ched De Partie - Full time position
Pizza Commis Chefs - Casual positions

Although our doors officially open in December, we are looking for chefs to join our team ASAP. You can start to learn the ropes, meet the team and be a part of the pre-opening training and menu development - having the best possible start to your journey with us.
What are we looking for?

Experienced Pizza Chefs - hand stretched dough, woodfire oven.
Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
Possess a creative flair and has superb presentation skills
Thrives under pressure
Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated

What will you bring to the table?

At least 2+ years of experience as a Chef
Traditional pizza experience essential
Ability to run a section without direct supervision
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
Deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting
Be able to multitask a variety of tasks
Have initiative in the kitchen
Ability to take direction well from Head Chef and Sous Chef
Ability to prepare a wide range of foods
