What are we looking for?
- Experienced Pizza Chefs - hand stretched dough, woodfire oven.
- Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
- Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
- Possess a creative flair and has superb presentation skills
- Thrives under pressure
- Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Chef
- Traditional pizza experience essential
- Ability to run a section without direct supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
- Deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting
- Be able to multitask a variety of tasks
- Have initiative in the kitchen
- Ability to take direction well from Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Ability to prepare a wide range of foods
