• Planning and delivering high quality events, that support State Library programming and activation objectives.
• Overseeing the workflows of the project including developing budgets and documentation to support the decision making and delivery of events within scheduled timeframes.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships, collaborating effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of professional event and production services.
• Apply venue operations and technical knowledge when utilising the venue bookings system to produce accurate and concise documentation for event set up teams and audio-visual operators.
• Providing active leadership on event days including the supervision of people and presentations.
• Supporting the Coordinator Creative Production in the day to day administration of the team including communications and reporting.
• Contributing to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
