The Opportunity:
Techforce are currently on the hunt for experienced production excavator operators for a number of our clients.

Reporting to the production manager, you will work from a dig plan to dig, load and direct the dump trucks to ensure production on site is maintained at a high level. You will also need to work with ancillary equipment in the pit - so good communication skills and a focus on safety is vital.

We have a number of rosters available - 7:7, 2:1 and 2:2 rosters, across sites in the Pilbara, Goldfields and Coalfield regions of WA and QLD. Pay rates will be dependent on experience and site, with most sites paying up to $75/hr for experienced operators.

To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:

• Experience operating excavators in a production setting - you must have experience operating machines over 200t.
• Experience working on smaller sites and tight pits would be an advantage
• Ability to read and dig from a dig plan
• Good communication skills
• Willing to jump on other machines if the digger is out of action
• Some sites will require you to have a RII ticket
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen (WA) OR a S11 and Coal Board Medical (QLD)
