- Act as the principal point of contact for all stakeholders regarding the Youth Advice Line and Youth Certification Training
- Maintain accreditation register in relation to practitioners who have attained Youth Certification.
- Manage and coordinate the process to record and present information, data and statistics with respect to youth justice matters received through the Youth Advice Line.
- Analyse, interpret and collate information from files for the purpose of government reporting as outlined in the project's Memorandum of Understanding. Provide ongoing advice and data analysis to the Director and Assistant Director (Youth Legal Aid), Criminal Law Services in relation to all aspects of the project.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholders requests for regular and ad hoc reports relating to Youth Advice Line. Prepare regular reports for external stakeholders.
- Represent Youth Legal Aid at stakeholder meetings.
- You have extensive legal administrative experience, and have knowledge of court procedures, ideally in relation to youth justice matters.
- You have experience undertaking projects and can investigate, analyse information and identify potential solutions to problems. You can also plan and monitor task progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- You prepare written information in a clear, succinct and accurate manner. You can use information technology systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and can learn organisation specific systems.
- 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
