Administration Officer

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the following:
- Provide administrative support in relation to the Directorate including making travel arrangements, maintaining equipment and supplies, mail, records management and other activities as directed.
- Data enter, validate, record and correct information held across a range of information technology systems.
- Organise key Regional Services meetings, including the drafting of the meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain up-to-date organisational structure charts for each of LAQ's 13 regional offices.
- Provide administrative and coordination support relating to the annual Regional Principal Lawyers Conference and other regional training.
- Actively participate in team planning and service improvement activities and comply with corporate responsibilities.
- You have administrative and customer service experience and are able to work independently.
- You can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide courteous, prompt and professional services.
- You can learn policies and procedures, analyse information and determine the appropriate information to be conveyed to others.
- You can use information technology systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Word and can learn organisation specific systems.
- 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
