Project Manager – Engagement
Position overview
As our Project Manager – Engagement, you’ll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.

• Permanent, full time opportunity
• True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office
• $107,675 - $113,862 plus 12% superannuation

Reporting to the Inclusion Team Manager, you will join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that leads policies and programs that support our commitments to reconciliation, customer support, family violence, and accessible and inclusive services. As the Project Manager - Engagement, you will contribute to these commitments by overseeing our engagement framework and coordinating outreach activities and events that meet strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Delivering our evidence-informed strategic engagement framework that supports inclusion, customer support and reconciliation outcomes.
• Developing and delivering processes and systems to monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and impact of engagement for continuous improvement.
• Leading inclusive and accessible in-person and online events and outreach activities to meet strategic engagement objectives such as campaign activations, pop-up stalls and presentations. This includes collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation to deliver activities.
• Coordinating the development of engagement resources and communication materials.
• Developing strong and productive relationships internally and with sector partners, including diverse customers and community groups.
• Working in a collaborative, agile manner in cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about engagement, dedicated to exceptional customer service and community outcomes, and possessing a collaborative, can-do mindset. You’ll bring a range of skills and experience to this role, including:

• Project and program management with demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes on time and to high standards.
• Strong understanding of engagement principles and experience in designing and delivering inclusive and accessible outreach and engagement activities.
• Communication, including verbal and written skills – facilitating effective presentations and sharing of progress, results and learnings.
• Stakeholder management experience and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment, understanding, and awareness of matters relating to inclusion, reconciliation, and equity.
