The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Support multi-disciplinary project teams involved in the planning, development, implementation, review and evaluation of projects and programs.- Prepare project plans, schedules, organisational charts, briefing notes and correspondence of a complex nature for dissemination to senior management.- Coordinate input from technical and operational areas and monitor the activities.- Assist with project management functions such as risks/issues/decisions/benefits management and scheduling.- Support the Project Team through the use of applications (Eg - Excel, Power Point).- Liaise, consult and negotiate with internal stakeholder to deal with sensitive and/or classified information in an appropriate manner.- Represent the Division at selected forums.
Mandatory
- This is an identified position. It is a genuine occupational requirement that an Identified position be filled by a First Nations person as permitted by and arguable under Section 25, 104 and 105 of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act (1991).- It is strongly preferred that candidates have an already established relationship and cultural connection within the relevant region of the position they are seeking.
