About the Community:

Responsibilities:

Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
Respond to incoming calls and emails
Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated administrative/reception experience
Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team
Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
