What you'll be doing
As the Caseload Midwife you will provide evidence-based, woman-centered maternity care to low-risk women and their families in the Auburn Hospital catchment area. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering maternity care through a caseload model
• Partnering with multidisciplinary teams
• Offering clinical, cultural, and psychological support
• Ensuring smooth transitions to child and family health services
• Collaborating with other agencies as needed
