About You
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team and lead the way in surgical patient care. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with a current practising certificate.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• At least 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, including management and supervision roles.
• A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary nursing issues, with a commitment to enhancing person-centred care.
