Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse, where your clinical expertise will play a vital role in coordinating exceptional care for surgical patients. In this position, you will provide essential leadership to fellow nurses, guiding them to deliver the highest standards of patient service. About You
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team and lead the way in surgical patient care. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with a current practising certificate.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- At least 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, including management and supervision roles.
- A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary nursing issues, with a commitment to enhancing person-centred care.
The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
