About the role:
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager this role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse range of individuals. Your compassion, critical thinking abilities, and commitment to excellence will be invaluable assets as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
- the ability to be, creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
- have effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
