THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Remote Vision Manager you will build and maintain virtual relationships with strategically identified accounts, with the goal of creating and growing customer value and building sustainable financial returns and growth for Vision Care.
You will shape the commercial and marketing communications strategy for Vision2U, provide product and clinical support for ACUVUE via virtual and digital channels, drive business partnerships with customers to grow the penetration of Contact Lens, and leverage education to promote the safe and effective use of our product range and assist customers in their continued education.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify key stakeholders and establish a cadence of virtual customer connections, including account performance check-ins, education, and clinical support.
- Conduct sales activity via digital platforms, developing customer confidence and meeting their needs.
- Become a resource for your customers as a subject matter expert in the contact lens category, with a focus on ACUVUE® Brand contact
- Perform performance reviews with priority accounts and proactively follow up and coordinate service initiatives, resolve customer complaints, and seek ways to add value to the account.
- Promote and ensure targeted customers are aware and utilize available digital platforms.
- Lead the sales strategy, including customer prioritization, engagement plan, and sale target management.
- Develop the marketing communications plan and work with cross-functional teams to execute targeted e DM campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the PD and Marketing team to promote courses and events.
- Leverage PD and Marketing team to work through the barriers of making contact lens a sizeable portion of the customers business.
- Create and participate in the building of a strong collaborative Vision Care team across designated accounts, which support strategic initiatives.
- Actively participate in nominated training programs, develop self-learning strategies to maintain knowledge, and own personal development through the creation of a development plan which is time-bound and agreed to with the manager.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience in remote sales, marketing or training & facilitation is highly valued
- Experience in strategic sales and account management – some healthcare and retail experience
- Proven success in customer management
- Customer and trade knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of company brand strategies, target consumers, category data, consumer buying behaviour
- Strong decision-making skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, skilled in relationship management and networking cross functionally and externally
