SAP Finance (Senior) Consultant

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance Consultant to join our Finance Stream. You will be working on end-to-end implementations as well as high-level support tickets.
What you will be doing
- Provide thought leadership to our customers in SAP Financials and Controlling through active engagement and relationship building with customers and SAP
- Design, configure and test SAP S/4HANA by strict information system standards and documentation requirements
- Support the customer post-implementation and/or transfer knowledge to support staff based on the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
- Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures, ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practices for user requirements, and appropriately comply with recognised accounting policies.
- Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions for our customers where efficiencies can be achieved
- Minimum of 7 years experience consulting in SAP Finance, ideally in an Australian setting in the resources industry
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting
- Relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA with experience in Cloud implementations an additional plus
- Ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality
- Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
