• Ensuring a continuous supply of cane to the mill.

• Personnel supervision and associated administration.
• Coordination of on-the-job training for loco crews.
• Record keeping and management of information relevant to the position.
• Demonstrate knowledge of quality control standards and procedures and is responsible for the quality of their own work and may carry out quality checks on other employees.
