In this role, you'll:


Work closely with an experienced Project Development Manager and assist managing the development of the Eastern Harbour City multi-million-dollar projects including, James Ruse Drive, Stacey Street and Hume Highway and Bankstown upgrade project, to complete the concept design and REF.

Your responsibilities will include managing environmental assessment approvals, business case development, RFIs and strategic to detailed design to get the project ready for construction.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, you will work closely with Professional Service Contractors and internal Subject Matter Experts to prepare and review the concept design and environmental assessment documentation.

You will be responsible for project management tasks including, planning, and preparing for stakeholder meetings, contract administration, project controls including financial management, and document controls throughout the project lifecycle.

The position will be based in the Sydney CBD approximately two days a week.

We have two opportunities available, one for approximately 8 months the other for 12 months.

About you


Tertiary qualifications in any engineering, project management or other related discipline or equivalent relevant experience in developing civil, road or infrastructure projects.

You will ideally have project development and evaluation experience (environmental, strategic or concept design) having worked on major civil projects in your current role.

You will have demonstrated project management experience with an ability to provide support to teams of multi-disciplinary professional and technical staff.

Possess a valid Australian motor vehicle drivers’ licence.
