In this role, you'll:

Working as part of the new Toll Reform Initiative program, where you will lead and manage all change management activities related to Toll reform.

You will develop and implement the overall change approach, including stakeholder communication programs and business adoption frameworks to support smooth delivery and successful adoption.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role will ensure clear, consistent messaging, facilitate stakeholder engagement, minimising disruption and ensuring seamless transitions.

About you

You are an analytical minded project and change management professional who is looking for your next exciting opportunity.

You will have experience successfully delivering government change management programs and have extensive knowledge in establishing a suite of governance related documents to support a new entity. You will also have sophisticated knowledge of excel and project management tools and software’s.

You will possess outstanding stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate with influence both verbally and written.

You will have the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the program and its intended objective.
