We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Melbourne team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant and you will have the responsibility of a true Senior including mentoring junior consultants and leading the way in demonstrating our values!

The role enables you to:

• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios including Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, and more!
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

• Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules);
• Minimum 18 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
• Previous clinical and/or DVA experience (highly regarded);
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
