The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Supervisor Bar Attendant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
· Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support.
· Schedule and manage bar staff shifts to meet operational needs.
· Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
· Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations and safety standards.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
· Assist with bar staff training and development.
Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a bar environment.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of bar service standards, cocktail recipes, and liquor licensing regulations.
Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation
