Tasks & responsibilities:
- Responsible for cooking and serving food, while coordinating other kitchen staff
- Baking, grilling, steaming and boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods
- Creating new dishes and planning seasonal menus
- Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Preparing for service (which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food)
- Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery
- Must be able to manage a small team
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be creative

This is a full-time position in Busselton. Therefore, suitable candidate is expected to live in the Southwest of WA region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
