With two roster options available initially.
Option 1 - this role will be to support the projects team following a Monday - Friday day shift roster and eventually moving to Lifestyle 5/4, 5/4, 5/5 roster as the site expands.
Option 2 - Working an even time rotating 5/4 4/5 5/5 roster, you will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.
Additionally, you will:

• Champion for all safety management plans and procedures
• Effectively communicate with other departments
• Leadership and development of crew
• Ensure production targets are met
• Conduct toolbox talks and shift prestart talks
• Conduct statutory inspections of an open cut operation

About You
You are a high achieving and focused OCE with previous experience in a similar role. You are committed to driving a high performing and inclusive team.

• NSW OCE Certificate of Competency
• Experience in leading a high performance team
• Commitment to HSEC
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fluid/dynamic environment
• Ability to work in an adaptive team
• Experience with computer-based data and management tools
