Sustainability Services Field Manager

Play a key role in Nutrien Ag Solutions’ Sustainability team and manage the implementation of the commercial sustainability strategy throughout Western Australia& the Northern Territory.
A typical day may look like:
Playing a key role as part of Nutrien Ag Solutions’ Sustainability team. This role is responsible for the implementation of the commercial sustainability strategy in WA & NT. The ideal candidate will cultivate valued partnerships with sustainability team members, retail divisional and branch personnel, Nutrien Ag Solutions customers, and other internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating strong technical knowledge in either agronomy or animal production. Extensive collaboration will be required to successfully develop and deploy sustainability-focused solutions while supporting data collection efforts to quantify environmental performance.
About the Role:

• Deliver Nutrien Ag Solutions sustainability education and support
• Lead customer sustainability engagement in WA & NT
• Provide support to customers & network staff to deliver sustainability services including Farm Emissions Profiling
• Identify sustainable product solutions
• Assist with design, planning, and implementation of sustainability-focused programs
• Develop sustainability-focused materials for dissemination across the retail network
• Represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at industry events and within industry associations
• Work with team to support Nutrien’s Commercial Sustainability strategy

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in agriculture, sustainability, or a combination thereof

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively between different areas of a business
• Willingness and capability to travel
• Professional presentation skills
• Knowledge of agricultural production systems in Western Australia
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Work effectively independently, with exceptional time and priority-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
