We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Support Administrator to join the team in Mansfield on a 12-month contract basis, with the opportunity to extend.

About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
• Assist customers with pricing and product queries
• Marketing and Social Media support
• Providing general administrative support to the real estate team
• Provide effective data processing support
• Analyse, systems, procedures, business data as required by team and management.
• Assist in the management of debtors including credit department and senior management direction

About you:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer and client relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes
• Excellent computer skills including Word, and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• You will be proficient in Excel as you will need to create reports and analyse data.
