- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic plans for the development and enhancement of SWITCH applications to meet business objectives and industry standards within the acquiring and health claiming services domains.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the field, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure the SWITCH system remains cutting-edge and aligned with best practices.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and strategic initiatives.
- Software Development and Innovation: Oversee the design, testing, and documentation of software enhancements and modifications, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SWITCH functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to transaction processing.
- Integration and Interoperability: Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of SWITCH applications with existing systems and platforms.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to ensure the team can effectively resolve complex technical issues.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and capabilities.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing and enhancing SWITCH applications with a proven track record of strategic leadership within the acquiring (ATM, POS, e Commerce, branch, and internet banking)
- Demonstrated experience in designing, testing, and documenting complex software systems.
- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong background in integrating applications with existing systems.
Pay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
